Description
Cloth Armor increases Max HP/MP, MP Recovery, Magical Critical Chance, Casting Speed, and Intelligence.
The more Cloth Armor you have equipped, the more powerful the skill's effects.
Increases more Max MP and Intelligence than general 
Cloth Armor Mastery.
