Power Arm Kuro is a mini-boss in Cutting Off the Energy. He is fought alongside his brother, Black Fire Rok.

Move List
- Crescent: Kuro shoots a crescent-shaped wave in front of him, which deals moderate damage.
- Upward Slash: Kuro will do an upward slash, which deals a large amount of damage directly in front of him that extends horizontally a fair distance.
- Combo Attack/Light Crescent Wave: Kuro will occasionally begin charging an attack alongside Rok. After a brief delay, they will shoot two crescent-shaped waves in front of them, then follow up with a long, horizontal slash. Compared to Rok's Dark Crescent Wave, Kuro's doesn't linger too long and able to cancel out Rok's if the two overlap.
Strategy
- Kuro sports lower HP than Rok & doesn't have many attack patterns.
- Hold Rok and Kuro together then burst them down as fast as possible.
- Kuro can be lured into attacking players or follow them to cancel out some of Rok's mechanics.
